EABL: Top 5 players of the week EABL week 4

Gameweek 4 of the EABL season tipped with seven games underway. Here’s a look at some of the best players from this game week.

Louie Tucker – SGS College

The two-week hiatus proved not to be a problem for SGS College as they extended their record to 3-0. Tucker had 30 points in their victory against Derby College and made clutch free throws to make it a two-possession game with under a minute left. Tucker makes it three top-five inclusions in a row continuing his great season.

Timothy Oboh – The Canterbury Academy

Forward Timothy Oboh helped lead his team to a 73-71 win on the road over John Madejski Academy. Obah led his team in scoring with 22 points and had 16 rebounds. Canterbury is now 2-1 in the EABL.

Joe Buchanan – Manchester Magic Academy

Joe Buchanan lead the scoring for Manchester Magic Academy in their 93-86 loss to Charnwood College.

Lane Campbell – Charnwood College Riders

Lane Campbell finished the game with 25 points, helping lead his team to a tough 93-86 road victory over Manchester Magic Academy. Charnwood is yet to lose a game this season going two for two, whilst Manchester suffered a consecutive defeat.

Pete Walker – John Madejski Academy

Despite losing, Pete Walker had a strong performance in a close game, only losing 73-71. Tim Obuh, also included in the player of the week, lead The Canterbury Acadamy to a win despite Walker’s performance. Walker led the game in scoring with 24 points.
